About the founder

A manager by training, Julie Banville knows the day-to-day realities of the business world, where pressure and performance all too often go hand in hand with generalized stress. After experiencing the physical and mental effects of this scourge, she decided take a break. Away from the chaos, Julie was able to test and hone innovative ways to alleviate stress. This is when she discovered the transforming power of various practices like yoga and meditation. Today, Julie is happy and proud to offer a customizable approach that has proven itself effective.
